Return Policy

Most ZaZeZu items, including fragrance cards and scented canvas, are made to order from your photo and text. Please read this before ordering.

Custom items

Custom cards and canvas cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made for you. If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect or is not what you approved, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video and we will replace it or refund you.

Ready-made perfumes

You can return an unopened, unused perfume within 7 days of delivery with your order ID. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or leaking.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For cash on delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
